This surge tank has two 3/8 " diameter hose connections near the top 1.00 " diameter hose connection out of the bottom below the filler neck 3/8 " NPT flange Brackets on each end to bolt to the top frame of the radiator (#FR 472). The brackets on each end have a total of 7 holes, two 7/16 " diameter, three 1/2 " diameter, and two 1.03 " diameter
